I am a self taught web developer and designer. My main skill set is in Front End Development with html, css and JavaScript/jQuery. I like to take a good stab at design and feel I can design clean, well laid out web sites and ui elements. After several years working client side, I am currently learning PHP and asp.net for personal and work projects.
I currently work at Newcastle Building Society developing marketing websites and branding their white label internet banking solutions. I also provide UI development support to the .net developers assisting with html and css development. In 2011 I started learning asp.net (c#), with guidance from our development team, to develop feature rich web applications for our marketing site that includes a Mortgage product search tool, dynamic adverts and product pages, and contact forms.
